Chef's Restaurant A contemporary hotel on the tip of the hill, facing the sea, on this strip of land that also offers a view of the Penfoulic cove on the other side. Ludovic Le Torc'h's cuisine is resolutely focused on the terroir he knows so well, blending influences to bring land and sea together to their best advantage. Veal products turned with intelligence and savoir-faire, langoustines with asparagus tips, foie gras au torchon, saint-pierre with lemon clam butter and chard with lovage, poultry stuffed with foie gras in a fine Découverte menu at €65. Seasonal desserts (strawberries with vanilla and hibiscus sorbet) and a serious, well-matched cellar.
