Brittany abounds in superb spots, but the one enjoyed by this hotel and restaurant has little to envy the most famous. The ocean on one side, the cove of Penfoulic on the other and, in the middle, this narrow strip of land where Ludovic Le Torc'h offers a cuisine that joyfully blends land and sea: palet of langoustine tails, green bean salad and tomato beans, filet of st. Pierre, vegetable tian and saffron tomato sauce, ending with a light citrus cream, yoghurt sorbet, lemon and jasmine. Dynamic service under the direction of Valérie Le Torc'h.
