A well-established house that never grows old, firmly rooted in the timeless traditions that have made regional cuisine and local dishes such a success. This is "hostellerie" as you'd expect it, with all the Alsatian finery, including half-timbering, expressed in attentive service based on classics: onion tart, snails, pan-fried foie gras with morello cherries, guinea fowl with bacon and mushrooms, sauerkraut and a few more contemporary dishes.
