The rooms offer pleasant service and surroundings, renovated to bring out the freshness, and at table, a chic, country spirit, embodied by the waxed parquet floor and elegantly carved wooden furniture. Here, the chef creates graphic, well-crafted plates that showcase a beautiful personality: heart of sturgeon fillet at 50°C served cold, sesame oil mayonnaise, caviar and eggplant chips; turbot fillet au gratin with coffee and parmesan, white pâtisson confit slices; minced beef, artichokes with smoked bacon and paprika spätzles; white chocolate mousse, Château Chalon jelly.
