This little nugget in Toulouse's historic center continues to improve, both in terms of welcome and service. Unfortunately, the menus are still hidden, but the experience is worth it, with portions that are not minimalist. Clément Lessoud puts all his talent into asparagus and morel mushrooms, artichoke with caviar, before the hake, cooked to an impeccably pearly finish with peas and verbena beurre blanc (the Milanese-style rack of veal was the least memorable of our last meal). The service is young, polished and efficient, though a little lacking in proximity. An increasingly interesting cellar.
