Gourmet Restaurant On the banks of the Ill opposite Petite France, Tiffany and Chloé run one of the best bistronomies on the South Bank, with a neat, modern decor and a masterful, feminine cuisine that combines seasonality and freshness. The recipes reflect a good knowledge of the latest trends: a starter of marinated tuna tataki, marinated and jellied watermelon, sesame seeds; one-sided grilled salmon, broccoli mousseline, snacked broccoli, peanut sauce and roasted peanuts; duck breast rosé, hummus, chickpea salad and vegetables; redcurrant confit with black tea, vanilla mousse, crumble, sorbet and redcurrant tuile. Lunch menu €33.
