Chef's Restaurant In the hands of the Jaquet family since the early 60s, management of the Grand Hôtel is now entrusted to Marie Jaquet, the third generation to succeed themselves at the helm of this fine hotel. In the restaurant, the loyal Didier Serre promotes a classic, meticulous vision of cuisine, with fine products, precise cooking and sauces that follow the rules of the art: langoustine ravioli and oysters poached in a shellfish broth, whole sole meunière, hazelnut butter with lemon caviar, honey-roasted figs, gingerbread and rosemary ice cream. In spring 2023, retired chef Didier Serre was replaced by Michaël Labat-Geste, previously at Bastide du Calalou in the Var.
