Gourmet Restaurant In a cobbled courtyard in the heart of the Marais district, Mauro Colagreco lends his name to this service worthy of his signature, for refined, flavorful cuisine with Mediterranean accents, from chef Carmine Cinque. From starter to dessert, the journey is smooth and the service impeccable: poultry and foie gras terrine, chicory salad with Laqueuille blue cheese, cannelloni with winter vegetables, Milanese-style veal sweetbreads, tiramisu. The agnolotti del plin, stuffed with lamb, gorgonzola sauce, almonds and radishes, were a real highlight of the meal, full of finesse and lightness, with pronounced flavors and great consistency. A very pleasant tasting experience, in an elegant and warm atmosphere. While the bill may be a little steep on arrival, the dinner is well worth the investment.
