Gourmet Restaurant The latest addition to Becs Parisiens, this wine bar is one of the hottest new spots in the Marché Saint-Germain district, with two levels and a basement bar adjoining a tree-lined terrace. The place is chic and cool, with sober decor and a pleasant soundtrack, and above all a cutting-edge cellar, with keels from all over the world. Sake takes pride of place, with numerous references, followed by producer wines (Raphaël Chopin, Sébastien Branger, Hubert Lamy, Roc des Anges, Marnes blanches...) and wines from around the world (Argentina, Cyprus, Georgia, South Africa...). On the plate, small, well-crafted portions in a Mediterranean vein, arancini, charcuterie and cheese platters, white asparagus with scamorza sauce and wild garlic, rabbit ravioli with soubressade sauce, parsley oil and crouton, a sweet poached pear with geranium mousse, redcurrants and Buddha's hand pickles.
