Chef's Restaurant It's a truly special place, like a little Pays de Cocagne, just a few minutes from Biarritz, a Basque house hidden in the bamboo, in a wooded park overlooking the Rhune. Fabrice Idiart's welcome and cuisine, as well as the exquisitely tasteful antique decor, such as 19th-century interior paintings, with a remarkable taste for floral art and tableware. In the midst of these collections reigns a poetic atmosphere, perfectly distributed light and assured conviviality, putting diners at ease to discover regional cuisine of the highest standard: crispy pig's trotters with roasted hazelnut and guindilla vinaigrette, grilled octopus with berberechos marinara, open raviole of duck confit, vegetables and pot-au-feu broth, citrus tart with orange, lime and pink grapefruit.
