Chef's Restaurant Isabelle and Laurent Miremont create seasonal cuisine. With great respect for carefully sourced produce, they invite us to discover the variety of this rich terroir. Their dishes are crafted with a constant quest for taste, without losing sight of the heart of the product. We'll be delighted by this beautiful home-smoked trout and by the lamb cooked on the BBQ. On the basis of well-constructed juices, the vegetables of the moment take on their full value for lilting, gourmet plates. Between classic approaches and the desire to push some of them even further, Laurent Miremont is always right on the mark with his committed dishes.
