Gourmet Restaurant The friendliest wine bar in Paris. Rue du Nil, of course, where the party's in full swing from aperitif time onwards, and where once all the seats are taken at the counter and around the "mange debout", you have to spill out onto the sidewalk. It's all very tasty, tempting, and in line with what everyone wants to eat today, nibbling a little of everything and finding very good glasses; burrata and wild garlic pesto, grilled cuttlefish and Kalamata olive, crispy sweetbread nuggets, turnip whiting with kale butter and lemon, Challans duck with kumquat, mustard seeds and jus... And in the glasses, we naturally set off on a voyage of discovery, with Zusslin, Berlioz, Castera...
