In this authentic Basque house with its traditional architecture, a certain elegance born of simplicity prevails. The farmhouse-inn atmosphere guarantees generosity and authenticity in dishes that put a modern spin on classics: semi-cured foie gras with buckwheat praline, fig and ginger chutney; line-caught hake croquette with Jerusalem artichoke cream, pressed celery, and coffee mushroom mousse; rum baba with caramelized apples, apple sorbet, and Basque cider. The menu is rounded out with the à la carte option at €58.
