This is the place to go for business meals and special occasions, to immerse yourself in the taste of the terroir and noble traditions. You'll find frogs' legs with tandoori sauce, St. Pierre with morels and celery in hay, creamy parmesan, veal au gratin and vegetable blanquette, a cannelé with hot chocolate, iced lavender and violet blossom.
