Sponsored Entre frères is an original concept devised by two brothers, Baptiste and Damien Navarret, who have combined their love of good food in a single location. Go through the door and discover Damien's bakery-pastry shop and Bénédicte, his pastry chef companion, on the right, then straight ahead to the bar-restaurant where Baptiste serves traditional French seasonal cuisine, with a nod to their Basque origins in Navarre for certain dishes. An all-pig pâté croûte made by Damien, free-range Basque chicken by their cousins, and pig specialties like the shredded shoulder confit that garnishes the burgers prepared by Baptiste, for example. Recipes are created by 6 hands, depending on the season and each person's inspiration. At an altitude of 1,000 meters, 15 minutes from Castellane and the Gorges du Verdon, the brothers have chosen this place steeped in history, where Napoleon once gathered his troops. An emblematic place for village life.
