Chef's Restaurant The area is not dazzlingly charming, but access from the center is convenient and Nicolas Eche's house easy to find. On the contrary, the interior is cozy and modern, and the menu well organized, with well-constructed menus at €42 and €52. If you choose the Intuition formula at €52, you'll come across some fine, well-worked ingredients: foie gras from Dominique Thocaven's ducks, filet of monkfish with green cabbage and lobster with Bordelaise sauce, veal chuck with potato rissole and sweetbreads with yellow wine, spinach and mushrooms, yuzu pistachio dessert with cream and sorbet. Quite a classic cellar, well priced.
