The old building is full of charm, with old stones and a decor stripped down to the essentials, where a certain joie de vivre reigns. Here, you'll discover Raphaël Mollica's contemporary cuisine, imagining seasonal dishes with creative combinations: crème brûlée of foie gras and apricots; hake with artichokes, broad beans and trout roe; guinea fowl, celery, mirabelle plums and pine nuts; rhubarb, strawberry tiramisù and strawberry sorbet.
