In a beautiful Art Deco house in the resort, Dominique and Pierre Pucheu run a hostellerie and restaurant of the highest standard. Elegantly presented, the chef's inspired seasonal cuisine includes a starter of portobellos, parsley duxelle, spinach, parsley crust, ewe's milk cheese and piquillo coulis; a line hake, tarragon velouté, parsnips, butternut and purple cabbage; a demi-magret, orange sauce, chanterelles and celery purée; a dark chocolate cake, black sesame ganache, lemon gel and white chocolate chantilly. Daily special €28.50.
