Gourmet Restaurant In the Part Dieu district, Le Danton has proved its worth and deserves the trust of its regulars. A "bistrot plus" where the decor is simple and elegant, and the tables are not too close together, allowing a certain comfort at the table. On the plate, the same concern for the well-being of guests, no banalities, care for the product in a €43 formula, from amuse-bouche to dessert, which gives complete satisfaction: mousseline of carp and scallops, back of haddock grilled with sesame seeds and ravioli with Chinese cabbage cream of langoustine or shank of Aubrac beef 50h celery rutabaga roasted quetsches, soft brown cookie grapefruit jelly brown mousse... Cellar with good choices of owners (Christelle Betton, Julien Pilon, Eric Nicolas...).
