Gourmet Restaurant Joseph Viola is also present in Croix Rousse, where his exemplary pure Lyonnais cuisine finds refuge in an ideal location on one of the lively streets. The MOF de la rue de Créqui is the perfect place to indulge in a chic encanailler, and every plate bears the seal of gourmet sincerity: house-ground Cantal ham, lentil salad with salmon gravlax, calf's liver deglazed with old wine vinegar, grandmother's kidney and, of course, calf's head, in a vast menu that doesn't forget dessert classics like baba or praline tart.
