Chef's Restaurant A moment of cosy country living and self-catering at Bertrand Grébaut's friends, in this pretty Perche resort between Rémalard and Longny. Here, you can herbalize, stroll and enjoy the healthy air of this beautiful farmhouse on an 8-hectare estate. In the evening, you can sit down to a table d'hôte to discover the wonders of nature orchestrated by Septime's chef. The menu has risen to €42, but remains a bargain for this bucolic communion.
