Chef's Restaurant In this large, bright dining room, brightened by contemporary paintings, the atmosphere is one of rustic chic, with local produce and a festive spirit. Olive oil from the estate accompanies seasonal vegetables and dishes popular with tourists, such as crispy prawns and tomato gazpacho, tuna fish of the day, just cooked with chichoumeille and sauce vierge, before a fresh lemon-mint and meringue dessert. Good value lunch menu at €39, with estate wines.
