Chef's Restaurant Ronan Kernen has been a fixture in the Aix-en-Provence region for almost fifteen years, and in this superb townhouse on the Cours de l'Aix-en-Provence, with its modern decor and natural cocoon, he knows exactly how to please his local clientele. Choice, well-crafted plates, selected products and distinctive flavours, once again confirming the two toques: the porcini and bellota tartlet, the turbot with seaweed butter and black curry hollandaise, the Iberian pluma snacked with pears, juniper berries and salsify make up elegant sequences of thoughtful, accomplished gastronomy. Desserts in the same vein (saint-honoré poire pomme caramel beurre salé), à la carte menus (€58 and €68) and a varied wine cellar throughout the south.
