In the same way as Neva, Beatriz Gonzalez takes her guests on a journey, with enthusiasm and conviction. The menu is always interesting, with choice, liveliness and a variety of different tastes. All influences are welcome at Beatriz's, from the East, the West and the center: cockles with saffron spaghetti butternut tom kha kaï ginger vinegar gel, scorpion fish broccoli miso braised fennel chard and lobster sauce, mascarpone ice cream namelaka chicory amaretto espuma tiramisu... A tried-and-tested formula with a young team on the ball, served for lunch and dinner for €49, with cuisine and ideas.
