Chef's Restaurant This well-bred hotel offers a rare kindness of welcome. The staff are well-trained and attentive throughout the meal, and the €47 breakfast menu is very tempting (although it's a shame that half the dishes are Italian-inspired), making you want to come back for the 7-course menu. With the exception of the rather banal tiramisu, the performance of the formula is commended with the ceviche of lean tongue and passion and the beautiful vitello tonnato with tomato confit and parmesan. The wine list, too basic, does not (yet) match the ambitions and standing of the house.
