Gault&Millau's review 2026

Bertrand Grébaut’s seafood counter is just as good as the rest of the restaurant, offering a genuine taste of the coast right in the heart of the 11th arrondissement. An airy setting, high-quality ingredients, and straightforward recipes come together at Clamato, a place you’ll return to for the Brest clams, wild clams from Le Croisic, a plate of cuttlefish tagliatelle with cashew cream, and Sichuan oil; skate wing with Grenoble-style sauce; roasted monkfish with bouillabaisse sauce, rouille, and baby potatoes; and a tartlet with maple syrup and whipped cream. Excellent wine selection.
