Gourmet Restaurant Bertrand Grébaut's "natural" trend takes a successful marine turn at this Clamato, which is often the destination of tourists disappointed at not being able to find a folding seat at Septime. The high stools in front of the counter are replaced by rustic tables. Then come the rewards, always in simplicity (not too much cooking, the product comes first) with the beautiful oysters, the mayonnaise crab, the freshly-cut fish, chosen from the arrivals mentioned from Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Concarneau, Ile d'Yeu and so on. Also on the menu: ceviche of meagre fish, mandarin satsuma, burnt zest oil, line-caught sea bass from Noirmoutier with citron or scallops from a dive, cognac, chasselas grapes and sourdough bread, not forgetting the grand aïoli of pollack and, to finish on a sweet note, a tartelette with maple syrup. Relaxed service and cosmopolitan cellar.
