Gault&Millau's review2026
Taken over by Christophe Dolla, Marseille's most legendary pizzeria stays the course and continues to keep tradition alive, with a taste for popular spirit and authenticity. At the foot of Rue d'Aubagne, in the heart of Noailles, the atmosphere is still a little canaille, with good humor and simplicity, which you'll find again at the table. The restaurant, founded by Sauveur di Paola in 1943, is still a must, with its moit'-moit', half-anchovy, half-mozza, but the menu is not short of suggestions: Neapolitan classics and specials, with pesto and drumstick, with bush and figatelli, with Parma ham, parmesan and Modena balsamic vinegar, or pasta, carbonara, al ragù, with supions... Very friendly service.
