Gourmet Restaurant A lunch just a stone's throw from the Île-Saint-Louis, in an exceptional setting and authentic brasserie decor, is the best way to enjoy this historic site with this complete sequence at €29, a testament to masterfully mastered traditional cuisine. After a salmon tartare appetizer, we continue with lamb chops, truffled gratin dauphinois and a honey-spice sauce. For dessert, a brioche perdue, chantilly and caramel coulis. If everything is very simple, it's also just as good, without the need to look too far. Overall, the service is correct, with very good and Parisian dishes.
