Solidly established, this is a reassuring place for all Montpellier residents, close to the Place de la Comédie, and a welcome refuge open 7 days a week. Boris's signature is an extensive menu featuring traditional meats and solid dishes, snails, brandade, razor clams with parsley, marrow bones, calf's head, andouillette, mashed sausage, entrecôte roquefort, beef skirt steak with shallots, and a plethora of cellars available by the bottle, jar or glass.
