A unique complex on the shores of Lake Brindos, combining five-star hotels and floating lodges, a spa, event facilities and, of course, a gourmet restaurant with top-class facilities. At the helm, Hugo de la Barrière focuses on highlighting products and recipes from the southwest in a perfectly calibrated offering: local sardines with osciètre caviar, zucchini and raw cream with lovage oil, free-range poultry, eggplant and braised beef horn before a pretty queso tarta with breuil, Tursan raspberries and agastache. A pretty room with a warm wooden floor, and of course a panoramic view of the lake.
