Chef's Restaurant The Chartron family has successfully developed this inn in the middle of the village. Modern and chic, it's not just the youngest daughter's communion that's celebrated here, but also gourmet weekends. Quality is on every menu, and you can trust Matthieu Chartron, whatever the season (with a special mention for truffle season). On a day-to-day basis, the €65 menu holds up perfectly, with foie gras and leg confit (with a €8 supplement that's well worth it), slow-cooked pike-perch fillet, bouchot mussels, chanterelles and marinière sauce, or sweetbreads and veal shank, cannelloni stuffed with mushrooms, small spelt ragout with porcini mushrooms and port wine jus. Gourmet desserts, a fine Rhone wine cellar, led by Hermitage and Crozes.
