Original Restaurant Opposite the parent company, the little brother in estaminet mode, with a program run by Chez Brigitte chef Clément Richevaux. Practical and regular, this regional bistro keeps up its performance with dishes that are right in tune with the times: croque au maroilles, flamiche, shrimp croquettes, Lucullus tongue, waterzoï welsh with Wissant shortbread, pureed sausage and red cabbage à la flamande... Cramique perdue, gaufrette, sugar tart for dessert. Choice of six draught beers.
