A trendy, chic cellar on the boulevard. In a pretty typical setting, the fine bottles are on display, to accompany a rather successful contemporary Burgundian cuisine: garlic and hazelnut escargots, Corgoloin trout pavé with shellfish emulsion, tarragon Jura pork with fresh pasta gratin, Grand Marnier soufflé glacé, in a good €48 menu.
