Gourmet Restaurant Research and distinction, in the atmosphere as well as in the cuisine of Albéric Colas, who multiplies his efforts in terms of product quality and imagination. For less than €50, he offers a menu that holds its own and changes according to the market: chestnut velouté with parsley confit and roasted walnut crumble, roasted veal onglet, creamy polenta with parmesan and grilled onion emulsion, poached pear with spices and chocolate sauce. The signature dish, for a small supplement, is the seafood risotto with venerated rice.
