With its attractive counter, marble table and minimal ornamentation, this is the address of Louise and Julia, the former the manager and the latter the chef. Having worked at Cantinetta and Lauracée, Julia's creations are very much in tune with the times: celery carpaccio, stracciatella and pesto, shrimp and pollack ramen, romanesco and red meat radish, runny egg, sesame and coriander, pot-au-feu, shiitake, Jerusalem artichoke, carrot, raw horseradish cream and green oil, olive oil cake and lemon curd.
