Gourmet Restaurant In the first degrees, at the foot of the Croix Rousse hill, a pleasant and pretty Venezuelan stopover, thanks to Andrès and Véronica. The chef, who trained at the Institut Paul Bocuse, has created an attractive table with interesting dishes. Forged above all on good products, this cuisine takes on just a few accents in modern, well-turned plates: mosaic of raw salmon in leek ash, beet water and lemon gel, octopus confit in olive oil, leek cream, fennel, corn arepa with cuttlefish ink, duck breast with manioc mushrooms and passion fruit gel. The complete formula at €41 includes a fresh dessert (corn cake with popcorn and dulce de leche ice cream).
