Gault&Millau's review2026
Just a few minutes’ walk from the Arc de Triomphe, in a rather quiet corner of the 17th arrondissement, this unassuming restaurant doesn’t need to show off or flood Instagram with posts to carve out a place for itself in the spotlight. In this cozy yet contemporary setting (special mention goes to the charming table d’hôtes set up in a bright alcove at the restaurant’s entrance), a crowd of regulars (who, incidentally, have their napkin rings stored in two small, specially designed cabinets) naturally flock to the excellent lunch menu for under 60 € (featuring 4 appetizers, 4 main courses, and 3 desserts): Chef Francesco Garzone does a lovely job with the cuttlefish gratin with peas, impeccable ricotta ravioli with tomato sauce and a Parmesan emulsion, followed by a light “Süvy” strawberry dessert (made with a sugar-free sweetener). The wine cellar is delightfully eclectic, featuring some particularly niche selections from the Languedoc region.
