Gourmet Restaurant A beautiful cellar and counter, subdued lighting and warm contrasts, a friendly atmosphere and a very chic style, local dishes and ethically sourced produce make this one of the most popular addresses in the area. Located in a side street just a stone's throw from Place des Célestins, Jean-François Têtedoie's restaurant, with chef Rémi Martinet, attracts both local customers and discerning connoisseurs, who are delighted to discover regional classics, farmhouse boiled egg and beaufort mouillettes, snails in Monts du Lyonnais parsley sauce, Arctic char, purple cauliflower and grilled leek, sweetbread vol-au-vent, Monts du Lyonnais snails, chanterelles and watercress, roast Bresse poultry. Last but not least, pastries by Mickaël Barret, such as the pink praline and Piedmont hazelnut tartlet, or the chocolate and chartreuse entremet. A well-stocked cellar for all our vineyards.
