Gourmet Restaurant In this well-preserved Belle Époque setting, you could run into the Bacchante Commissioner from Brigades du Tigre. As soon as you enter, you'll be greeted by a large zinc table with gougères and olive cakes, and tempting madeleines awaiting your coffee... Whether it's the terrine, the crispy pig's ears, the magnificent entrecote, the tartar by the knife or the dish of the week (we came across a cassoulet that was as generous as it was successful), everything has that good little taste of yesteryear, right down to the chocolate profiterole, the marvellous baba with its beautiful chantilly cream mounted beside it, or the crêpe Suzette prepared right in front of you. Clever cellar at all prices. Committed, smiling service.
