Chef's Restaurant Karine and Pierrick Célibert reinvent their cuisine every day. For the past ten years, the former chef of the Table Calvet has run the business according to his own whims and those of the seasons, which provide the ingredients for a menu always teeming with good inspiration on familiar, mastered themes: cauliflower velouté with truffle oil, chicken rillette with zaatar, revered scallop risotto with yuzu beurre battu, Landes duck confit parmentier with blood orange in a €40 menu that includes clementine kouglof and brocciu ice cream. Surprise menu at €50 for connoisseurs.
