Gourmet Restaurant An attractive seasonal restaurant focusing on fresh produce and a limited menu, where the chef can express himself according to his whims. This cuisine d'auteur isn't as brutal as the name suggests, knowing how to escape around the terroir at the same pace as the Loire. We find vegetable stuffed cabbage, beef broth and lemon, a declination of onion (purée, jus corsé, roast, chips and pickles), poultry, poulette sauce with yellow wine and cauliflower in textures, a pavlova, yogurt, black lemon and shiso. Suitable cellar.
