Gourmet Restaurant On the Quai de Loire, an address that's not so brutal, but rather welcoming and inviting. The menu is rather limited, but there's something for everyone, in a creative vein based on local produce. We appreciate the seasonal nature of the produce, as well as a few surprises here and there: the cochon roi rose de Touraine braised Chinese cabbage spiced yoghurt and herb salad, or for dessert, the roasted parsnip purée with white chocolate kumquat paste sorbet, mandarin and gavotte. Intimate yet friendly atmosphere, experienced but slightly long-winded service, extensive wine cellar, well-informed about the region and well advised.
