Chef's Restaurant After building up a CV that would make many people swoon (Viannay, Gagnaire in London or Banctel), Geoffrey Langagne has finally been at home since the start of 2024. His little neighborhood eatery is rapidly filling up, because there's little or nothing missing (the polished concrete, the sober yet warm decor, the cool service that could perhaps do with a little less overplayed connivance), but above all because the dishes have that little extra soul and personality that you don't find at every crossroads in the capital. Beautiful roasted Jerusalem artichokes served with mint sabayon, Savoy tomme and a perfect XO sauce, a juicy pork loin, perfectly cooked, combined with slightly crunchy kohlrabi tagliatelle, bright green broccoli and a beet and hibiscus condiment before a crisp lemon cannolo, candied blood oranges, mezcal granita (a perfect combination) and ancho chili. A cuisine that takes risks and hits the nail on the head, excellent bread, a cellar focused on Savoie and Bugey (where the chef hails from) and two toques straight away.
