Gourmet Restaurant It's impossible to talk about Saint-Germain-des-Prés without mentioning one of the country's most famous brasseries, a Parisian legend that has been accompanying the City of Light for one hundred and forty years now. The art nouveau decor is an argument in itself, while the service, with its necessary folkloric ceremonial, delivers the house classics: herring with apples in oil, leek vinaigrette, green bean salad, 5A andouillette, sauerkraut with Paris ham, sole meunière, duck leg confit, millefeuille and rum baba.
