Gourmet Restaurant The brasserie seems to have been around for decades, yet it's a young project, spearheaded by Jérémy Quélin and chef Valentine Davase. The idea is to pay homage to the Parisian brasserie, ticking all the boxes of the genre. Open 7/7 from morning to night, the address is as much a neighborhood café as a regulars' cantine, where you can enjoy traditional bistro cuisine in a vintage decor. On the menu: Caesar-style mayonnaise, leeks in herb vinaigrette, croutons and trout roe, oysters, wild cod, crisp greens, lime yoghurt, onion soup au gratin with Comté cheese, homemade poultry cordon bleu, cantal cheese and spinach, French toast and salted butter caramel.
