Remarkable Restaurant
Anne-Sophie Pic’s former restaurant has become the Four Seasons Brasserie—in other words, a restaurant offering a modern take on traditional cuisine under the guidance of experienced chef Armando Acquaviva. With a truly extensive menu, the restaurant allows discerning diners to choose according to their tastes, with options ranging from fine ingredients to more rustic fare: semi-cured foie gras, peach, and Hautes Glaces whiskey; semi-cured Arctic char, zucchini, and agastache; Aubrac beef tenderloin Rossini-style… When it comes to dessert, the talented Jonathan Chapuy takes center stage; he has been delighting us for several seasons with enticing creations such as profiteroles with a meadowsweet ice cream center; tagetes and passion fruit tiramisu; and peach, verbena, and Mont Blanc gin baba.
