Gourmet Restaurant The table is not quite in the center, but it rewards those who find it. Behind the stoves, a couple with a long history and good training, who have travelled as far as Asia and worked with good references, such as chef Pierre Basso-Moro at Château de Germigney. Charlène Bassaler and Thibaud Devillers share the workload, with the former specializing in savoury dishes and the latter in sweet, bringing together a good seasonal menu. These include a starter of rabbit, radish and remoulade apples, celery voile and wild garlic sorbet, skate wing and marjoram emulsion, fennel purée and grapefruit, kumquat and garlic croutons, fillet of beef with Sichuan pepper jus, spruce-scented carrots and spring onions, followed by pistachio moelleux, orange blossom cream, rhubarb, grapefruit and date granita. Lunch menu €25.
