A historic hotel in Lyons, whose origins date back to 1610, it is a true institution with undeniable historic charm and two restaurants. The bistro serves thoroughly enjoyable everyday cuisine that reflects regional traditions: Lyons-la-Forêt game pâté, skin-on pikeperch fillet, shallots braised in red wine, pork shank in pot-au-feu, and a warm pudding with pistachio-chocolate sauce.
