Original Restaurant For the setting, the picturesque house near the banks of the Lauch, the terrace. The formulas are tried and tested, and the teams know what they're doing, even in the nostalgically titled ovens: escargots, "grand papa Antoine" terrine, choucroute des Lavandières, filet of Alsace trout with riesling sauce. In the glasses, no great research, mainly from the trade.
