On the Place des Six-Montagnes-Noires in the heart of Little Venice, Florence di Foggia's bistro has quickly established itself as a must on the tourist circuit. Made famous in China by a TV show, the restaurant is now one of the most sought-after, offering traditional and practical cuisine: escargots with parsley butter, fillet of Alsatian trout with Riesling, Alsatian sauerkraut, Mont Ventoux pork belly with sage and French fries, baba with aged rum.
