Gourmet Restaurant Since Michel Vignaud's retirement, the Bistrot des Grands Crus has been the sole caterer for the Hostellerie des Clos. The vast, bourgeois-style dining room is designed to welcome an international clientele, who come to Burgundy to discover its wines and traditions. The cellar is the main attraction, with over a thousand references, mostly Chablis, and featuring the finest Burgundy wines. As for the à la carte menu, it's packed with classics, from eggs en meurette and escargots en caquelon to filet de boeuf au sautoir and Monsieur Colin's andouillette with blackcurrant mustard sauce. Good service.
