With patience and determination, Bessem Ben Abdallah is writing his own history as he builds and consolidates his home, a quiet haven away from the Cannes crowds. No Bugatti or flashy Lambo parked outside the door, but a soothing table that holds its own and its two toques, just like its chef, whose constant gentleness and precision are reinforced by the quality of seasonal produce. The two menus, at €115 for lunch and €165 for dinner, remain hidden.
