A charming bistro with chic decor and closely spaced tables, offering consistently high-quality cuisine for its genre—a reliable and appealing two-toque spot for the neighborhood. While the appetizer menu feels a bit like a compilation from the past decade (amberjack tataki, langoustine ravioli, pâté en croûte…), the dishes are nonetheless executed with care, leading up to well-conceived main courses, such as Dombes guinea fowl cooked on the bone, served as tsukune with green asparagus and a robust sauce. Good desserts, such as the strawberry-rhubarb vacherin, and a well-curated wine cellar.
